1. Relationship Manager – Commercial (OG-I)
Reporting To: Wing Head – SME, Commercial & Agriculture – North
Place of Posting: Lahore
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent in Finance/Accounting/Economics/Commerce from a local or international university recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Master’s degree and/or Islamic Banking certification/diploma (NIBAF) preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of banking experience as Relationship Manager/Relationship Associate/Relationship Officer/Credit Officer in Corporate/Commercial/SME Assets
- Understanding of financial analysis (Balance Sheet/P&L) preferred
Other Skills/Expertise Required:
- People management and negotiation skills
- Knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Good understanding of Islamic banking practices/products
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets
Main Duties/Responsibilities (Key Highlights):
- Expand and manage SME & Commercial portfolio to meet revenue and profit targets
- Introduce new customers, conduct site visits, and submit call reports
- Develop business through structured products and cross-selling
- Prepare quality credit proposals per approved risk management guidelines
- Conduct periodic portfolio analysis for early warning signals
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies, including Shariah Compliance
- Coordinate with Credit Administration Department for Disbursement Authorization Certificates (DAC)
- Maintain and update credit files, reduce Non-Performing Loans (NPLs) ratio
- Ensure compliance with SBP PRs, Foreign Exchange Manual, and NBP Credit Policy Manual
2. Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)
Reporting To: Regional Executive – Operations
Place of Posting: Multan and Bhuttapur
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Master’s degree/Islamic Banking certification/degree or diploma preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of banking experience, including 2 years in core branch operations
- Local candidates and domicile holders of the mentioned area/city will be given preference
- Females are encouraged to apply
Other Skills/Expertise Required:
- Sound knowledge of SBP Prudential Regulations (PRs) and Islamic banking products
- Strong understanding of branch banking operations
- Good leadership and branch management skills
- Business acumen and process efficiency expertise
- Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Main Duties/Responsibilities (Key Highlights):
- Oversee all branch operations, ensuring compliance and efficient internal controls
- Facilitate Branch Manager in achieving business KPIs and annual budget development
- Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, Regulations, SOPs, and Shariah Compliance
- Supervise administrative and operational staff, and branch workflow
- Oversee data processing, debit/credit vouchers, and account opening processes
- Ensure KYC/AML/Compliance regulations are strictly implemented
- Address audit observations (internal & external) and maintain minimum “B” audit rating
- Maintain zero-complaint customer service standards within Turn Around Time (TAT)
- Ensure safe custody of security/financial documents and collateral management
- Oversee branch security arrangements (CCTV, alarm systems, guarding)
- Supervise cash requirements, vault management, and daily cash issuance/receipt
- Ensure ATM functionality, CCTV coverage, and cash availability
- Facilitate locker operations and maintain locker registers
- Ensure fair treatment of customers, including senior citizens, women, and PWDs
3. Relationship Manager (OG-II)
Reporting To: Branch Manager
Place of Posting: Faisalabad, Jhelum, Karachi, Lahore, Mardan, Muzaffarabad, Peshawar, Rawalpindi, and Tulamba
Educational/Professional Qualification:
- Minimum Graduation or equivalent from a local or international university/college/institute recognized by the HEC of Pakistan
- Commerce Graduation/Islamic Banking qualification/degree or diploma preferred
Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of banking experience, including at least 6 months in sales
Other Skills/Expertise Required:
- People management skills
- Knowledge of banking products, policies, and procedures
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office & databases
- Sound knowledge of Islamic banking
- Selling skills and good interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet targets
Main Duties/Responsibilities (Key Highlights):
- Meet or exceed sales targets for account opening, deposit generation/retention, and consumer financing (Mortgage/Auto Financing)
- Ensure Tail Management through Dormant account activation, Digital App, and ATM usage
- Cross-sell/upsell products to existing customers
- Plan and execute daily customer visits for new and existing clients
- Participate in Mass Customer Contact Drives/Market Storming activities
- Resolve customer queries efficiently
- Ensure completion of mandatory/regulatory requirements for account opening/product sales
- Address audit requirements and observations
- Maintain related files and documentation
- Ensure compliance with Banking Laws, Regulations, SOPs, and Shariah Compliance
Assessment Test / Interview(s)

Employment Type
The employment will be on a contractual basis for three years, which may be renewed on the discretion of Management. Selected candidates will be offered a compensation package and other benefits as per Bank’s policy/rules.
