The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) has announced career opportunities for talented, dedicated, and experienced professionals in the area of Aitemad Islamic Banking. NBP invites applications for several key positions across multiple locations including Haripur, Risalpur, Karachi, Lahore, Bhimber, Chunian, Sargodha, Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, and Zainababad.

Available Positions & Eligibility Criteria

01. Credit Operations Manager (OG-I)

Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Master’s degree or Islamic Banking certification/degree is preferred.
Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience, out of which at least 03 years in credit and / or finance operations / or relief.
Place of Posting: Haripur, Risalpur, Karachi, and Lahore

02. Branch Operations Manager (OG-II / OG-I)

Reporting to: Regional Executive / Operations
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Master’s degree / Islamic Banking certification/degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 04 years of banking experience, out of which 02 years in core branch operations. Local candidates of the mentioned area / city will be given preference.

03. Relationship Manager (OG-II)

Reporting to: Branch Manager
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Master’s degree / Islamic Banking qualification/degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of banking experience, out of which at least 01 year in sales in liability/asset products.
Place of Posting: Bhimber, Chunian, and Sargodha

04. Teller (OG-III / OG-II)

Reporting to: Branch Operations Manager
Educational Qualification: Minimum Graduation (or equivalent) from a local or international university/college recognized by the HEC. Master’s degree / Islamic Banking certification / degree or diploma from university/college recognized by the HEC will be preferred.
Experience: Minimum 02 years of relevant banking experience.
Place of Posting: Sukkur, Larkana, Mirpurkhas, and Zainababad
