NUML Islamabad Jobs 2026: Director & Pro-Rector Positions at National University of Modern Languages

The National University of Modern Languages (NUML), Sector H-9, Islamabad, requires the services of qualified professionals for its Main Campus, Islamabad, on a contract basis.

Open Positions

1. Pro-Rector Research and Strategic Initiative

Qualification & Experience:

• PhD from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in Research, National & International Collaborations, Knowledge Management, policy making, planning, restructuring, and training.
• Minimum 10 research publications in HEC-recognized journals.
• Not more than 60 years of age on the last date fixed for submission of applications.

2. Director ITCON

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 18 years of education in Computer Sciences/Software Engineering/IT from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.
• Experience of developing and managing IT centres/software houses in a university/educational institution.
• Strong knowledge of IT and software development.

3. Director ICT

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 18 years of education in Computer Sciences/IT/Networking from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in IT/Networking in public or private sector organizations, in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.
• Should have maintained an IT system in a university/educational institution.
• Knowledge of the latest developments in software/portal management.

4. Director Library

Qualification & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Library Science with at least 17 years of experience in a responsible position in a university or educational institution, in BPS-17 and above.

5. Director Marketing & Publication

Qualification & Experience:

• Minimum 16 years of education, preferably in Management Sciences/Marketing, from an HEC-recognized university.
• Minimum 17 years of relevant experience in public or private sector organizations, in BPS-17 and above or equivalent.
• Experience managing publications/printing-related tasks in a lead role at a university/educational institution.
• Strong interpersonal and corporate skills.

6. Director Finance

Qualification & Experience:

• M.Com/MBA/MA Economics, with at least 17 years of experience in Accounts from a university or other educational institution, in BPS-17 and above.

1.
