The Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Foundation invites applications from highly qualified and experienced professionals for a senior leadership position at its headquarters in Karachi.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Director, Pakistan Rangers (Sindh) Foundation

Age Limit: Not over 55 years
Educational Qualification: MBA / Masters Degree in Social Sciences from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
Experience Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar entity.
- Preference will be given to candidates from the Armed Forces (recently retired Brigadier / Colonel or equivalent).
Physical Standard: Medical Fit (no disability).

Key Responsibilities / Duties

Direct and formulate the long-term vision, mission, and strategic objectives.
Approve policies for welfare, education, healthcare, commercial, and development projects.
Ensure all activities are aligned with foundation objectives and applicable laws of Pakistan Rangers (Sindh).
Monitor adherence to internal policies and financial control.
Oversee investment and revenue-generating projects.
Supervise welfare initiatives for retired Rangers personnel and their families.
Evaluate the performance of Assistant Directors and other key executives.
Review periodic reports on projects and financial performance.
Ensure the Foundation’s governing/legal documents are in line with government regulatory bodies and execute/enforce decisions in conformity with provisions of the constitution of the Foundation.
