The Office of the Hospital Director, Peshawar Institute of Cardiology (PIC-MTI), Peshawar, has announced various Faculty, Clinical, and Non-Clinical vacancies purely on a contract basis. Applications are invited from eligible male and female candidates under the following specified criteria:

Faculty & Clinical Positions

1. Cardiology (Adult) — Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Consultant

Gender: Male / Female
Age: N/A
Qualification & Experience: * FCPS in Cardiology, US Board Certification, CCT, or equivalent recognized by PMDC.
- Eligibility criteria follow the latest PMDC Rules, MTI Act 2015, and MTI Regulations. For Assistant Professor, 2 years of post-qualification experience in the relevant field is required, along with two research publications.
- Preference will be given to candidates with subspecialty certifications/fellowships in Complex Coronary Interventions, Structural Heart Interventions, Heart Failure/Transplant, or Neuro Interventions.

2. Cardiology (Cardiac Imaging) — Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Consultant

Gender: Male / Female
Age: N/A
Qualification & Experience: * FCPS in Cardiology, US Board Certification, CCT, or equivalent recognized by PMDC.
- 2 years of experience/fellowship in the relevant subspecialty from a recognized institute.
- Academic criteria follow PMDC and MTI rules (as noted above).
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the latest techniques and experienced in state-of-the-art facilities.

3. Cardiac Surgery (Adult) — Professor / Associate Professor / Assistant Professor / Consultant

Gender: Male / Female
Age: N/A
Qualification & Experience: * FCPS in Cardiac Surgery, FRCS with Cardiac Surgery specialty training, US Board Certification, CCT, or equivalent recognized by PMDC.
- Academic criteria follow PMDC and MTI rules (as noted above).
- Preference will be given to candidates familiar with the latest techniques and experienced in state-of-the-art facilities.

4. Experiential Registrar — Cardiac Surgery (Adult)

Gender: Male / Female
Age: N/A
Qualification & Experience: * MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PMDC with a valid registration.
- FCPS-II completed in the respective specialty OR Diplomat American Board (MD) or fellowship from a PMDC-recognized institution.
- Experience in the relevant specialty in a tertiary care hospital after post-graduate qualification will be preferred.

5. Trainee Registrar — Cardiac Surgery

Gender: Male / Female
Age: N/A
Qualification & Experience: * MBBS or equivalent from a university recognized by PMDC with valid registration.
- FCPS Part-II training completed in the relevant specialty.

6. Medical Officer — Cardiac Surgery

Gender: Male / Female
Age: N/A
Qualification: MBBS or equivalent degree from a university recognized by PMDC with valid registration and house job certificate.
Experience: At least 1 year of post-house job experience in general surgery/surgery specialties in a tertiary care hospital.
Preference: Experience in the relevant specialty in a tertiary care hospital after the house job.

Non-Clinical Positions

7. Manager Finance

Gender: Male / Female
Age Limit: Up to 50 Years
Qualification: * CA (Member) / ACCA (Member) / ICMA (Member) from an HEC recognized university/institute, OR
- MBA-Finance / BBA (Hons)-Finance / M.Com (16 years of education) or equivalent from an HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience: * For CA/ACCA/ICMA: At least 5 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Finance/Accounts/Auditing in a reputed organization including 1 year at HoD/Managerial level OR 3 years at Assistant Manager level.
- For MBA/BBA/M.Com: At least 7 years of post-qualification relevant experience in Finance/Accounts/Auditing including 1 year at HoD/Managerial level OR 3 years at Assistant Manager level.
Preference: Candidates with experience in ERP implementation, strong knowledge of KP-PPRA, GFR, Corporate Laws, IFRS/ISA, treasury management, and taxation laws.

8. Assistant Manager Store

Gender: Male
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Qualification: Master or equivalent degree (16 years of education) in Management Sciences from an HEC recognized university/institute.
Experience: At least 4 years of post-qualification experience in Warehousing, Stores, and Inventory Management preferably in a reputed organization.
Preference: Experience in Hospital Warehousing, Stores, and Inventory Management.

9. Boiler Technician

Gender: Male / Female
Age Limit: Up to 45 Years
Qualification & Experience: * SSC / Matriculation from a recognized Board with a C-Class Boiler Certificate and at least 6 years of pre & post-qualification relevant experience, OR
- DAE Mechanical from a recognized Board with a C-Class Boiler Certificate and at least 4 years of pre & post-qualification relevant experience.
