The Provincial Health Services Academy (PHSA), Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Health Department, invites applications from suitable candidates with domicile of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, including the Merged Districts, for appointment against project posts under the “Establishment of Nursing College at Jamrud, District Khyber,” up to June 30, 2028. Appointments will be made by the Project Director/Director General, PHSA, in accordance with the approved project policy and applicable government rules.
Open Positions
1. Accounts Officer (BPS-17) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education (MBA/BBA/BS Economics) in a relevant field, along with 4 years of experience as an Accountant/Account Assistant in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
2. Assistant Director IT (BPS-17) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering, or a relevant field, along with 4 years of experience as a Computer Operator in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
3. Librarian (BPS-17) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education in Library Sciences, or a relevant degree from an HEC-recognized institute. Age: 21-40 years
4. Hostel Warden (Female) (BPS-17) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized institute, along with 5 years of experience as a Housekeeper in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
5. Superintendent (BPS-17) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education from a recognized university, along with 5 years of experience as an Office Assistant/Administration in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
6. Senior Scale Stenographer (BPS-16) – 1 post
Qualification: Graduate from an HEC-recognized university, with 40 WPM typing and 80 WPM shorthand, along with a 1-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT). Age: 21-40 years
7. Accountant (BPS-16) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education (BBA, B.Com, or BS Economics) from an HEC-recognized university. Age: 21-40 years
8. Assistant (BPS-16) – 1 post
Qualification: 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university, along with 2 years of experience in administration in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
9. Computer Operator (BPS-16) – 2 posts
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Computer Science or a relevant field, OR a Bachelor’s in any field from an HEC-recognized university with a 1-year Diploma in Information Technology (DIT), along with 2 years of experience as a Computer Operator in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
10. Senior Clerk (BPS-14) – 1 post
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in any field (14 years) from an HEC-recognized university, along with 2 years of experience in administration in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
11. Hostel Superintendent (Female) (BPS-12) – 1 post
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree (14 years) from an HEC-recognized university (preference given to candidates with a management sciences background), along with 2 years of experience as a Housekeeper in the public sector. Age: 21-40 years
12. Junior Clerk (BPS-11) – 2 posts
Qualification: Intermediate, with 30 WPM typing speed and a Diploma in Information Technology (DIT). Age: 21-40 years
13. Laboratory Assistant (BPS-9) – 1 post
Qualification: F.Sc./FA along with 2 years of experience. Age: 21-30 years
14. Driver (BPS-6) – 2 posts
Qualification: Matric, valid driving license, along with 2 years of driving experience. Age: 18-35 years
15. Naib Qasid (BPS-4) – 2 posts
Qualification: Matric. Age: 18-35 years

Terms & Conditions
- Candidates will be provisionally allowed to appear in the ETEA screening test (Serial Nos. 1-14), based on credentials provided. Detailed scrutiny will be carried out by the appointing authority, and ineligible candidates will be disqualified at any stage.
- All candidates must create a profile on ETEA’s website, print the E-Sahulat token, and get their CNIC verified from any NADRA E-Sahulat franchise (Kiosk) before applying/depositing the fee.
- Candidates qualifying the ETEA test shall subsequently be screened for relevance to the eligibility criteria.
- Interview call letters will be issued to shortlisted candidates only.
- Candidates should be eligible in all respects before or by the last date of receipt of applications.
- Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Incomplete applications or those submitted with fake documents/information shall be rejected at any stage.
- Candidates working in Government/Semi-Government sectors should apply through the proper channel. Candidates applying for more than one post must apply separately with a separate fee for each post.
- The Competent Authority reserves the right to increase or decrease the number of vacancies, with a cogent reason.
- For Serial Nos. 15 to 19, candidates should apply directly to the Office of the Provincial Health Services Academy, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Peshawar.
- Experience means experience gained in a regular, full-time, paid job after attaining the required qualifications, and must be relevant to the advertised position.
How to Apply
- Interested candidates should first visit www.etea.edu.pk and apply for the post online.
- After successful submission of the online application, a prescribed online deposit slip (with token number, project code, and candidate’s personal information) will be generated.
- Take a printout of the generated deposit slip and deposit the prescribed non-refundable test fee via the Easypaisa app or at any UBL Branch.
- After successful fee submission, keep the original deposit slip (candidate copy) with the bank’s stamp, and do not share it with anyone else.
- Do not submit documents/testimonials to the ETEA office after applying online; copies will be requested from candidates who qualify the screening test, as and when required by the appointing authority.
- Availability of online application forms: From July 15, 2026, on www.etea.edu.pk.
- Last date for submission of online application: July 31, 2026.
- Candidates will be informed via SMS by ETEA to download and print their Roll No. Slips from the ETEA website. Ported/converted mobile numbers should not be used.
- Test date, time, and venue will be mentioned on the Roll No. Slip.
- No separate call letter will be issued to candidates for the screening test through postal or courier means.
