The Power Information Technology Company (PITC) is a public sector state-owned enterprise mandated to provide IT services and technology solutions to power sector entities including DISCOs, GENCOs, and NTDC. Headquartered at WAPDA House, Lahore, PITC plays a pivotal role in supporting the power sector through technology-driven solutions and digital transformation initiatives.

PITC invites applications from dynamic, qualified, and motivated professionals for the following vacant positions:

📋 Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Assistant Manager Taxation

Qualification: CA (Inter) / ACCA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in taxation. Experience in the corporate or public sector is preferred.
Key Skills: Strong knowledge of direct and indirect tax laws and regulations, experience in handling tax audits and assessments, knowledge of income tax, sales tax, PRA/FBR rules, tax compliance, analytical skills, MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with digital tax systems (FBR/PRA portals, e-filing).

2. Assistant Manager Accounts

Qualification: CA (Inter) / ACCA / MBA Finance / M.Com or equivalent qualification from an HEC recognized institution.
Experience: Minimum three (3) years of relevant experience in accounts & finance.
Key Skills: Financial reporting, budgeting, ERP systems, audit handling, pension management, MS Office proficiency, and experience with digital financial systems/ERP environments.

Note: Relevant working experience in the public sector will be considered an added advantage for both positions.

📑 Terms & Conditions

Job Location: The positions are based in Lahore; however, selected candidates may be required to serve anywhere in Pakistan.
Appointment Type: Contractual appointment for a three-year term, extendable subject to requirement and performance.
Age Limit: Maximum 33 years on the closing date of the advertisement.
Salary Package: The position carries a competitive and attractive market-based remuneration package.
Shortlisting: Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the written test/interview. No TA/DA will be admissible.
Document Verification: Selected candidates will be required to submit verified educational documents and credentials from relevant authorities.
