The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI), Balochistan, registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 (now Companies Act, 2017), has announced multiple career opportunities. 2	Legal Advisor	01 (Head Office)	200,000/-	LL.B from a recognized university (LL.M preferred) with valid enrollment/licensure with the relevant Bar Council. 5–10 years of experience in litigation, corporate law, and contract drafting.
3	SRH Coordinator	01 (Head Office)	300,000/-	Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, Social Sciences, or a related field, with relevant experience in SRH programs.
4	Regional MNCH Coordinator	05 (Basima, Khuzdar, Quetta, Naseerabad, Loralai Regional Offices)	200,000/-	MBBS with valid PMDC registration. Preference given to candidates with postgraduate qualifications in Public Health (MPH/MCPS/FCPS Community Medicine) and MNCH experience.

📋 Terms and Conditions

Age Limit: Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years of age.
Domicile: Preference will be given to local domicile holders of Balochistan. Local residents residing near respective Regional Offices or Basic Health Units (BHUs) are highly encouraged to apply.
Contract Tenure: Positions are temporary for an initial period of one year, extendable based on performance.
Allowances: Risk Allowance & P4P (Pay for Performance) will be admissible as per PPHI-B policy in addition to the gross salary.
Test/Interview: Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the written test and interview. No TA/DA is admissible.
