The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI) Balochistan has announced numerous job opportunities on a purely temporary basis (initially for one year, extendable based on performance). Applications are invited from eligible candidates across various districts of Balochistan for multiple healthcare and support staff positions at Basic Health Units (BHUs).

| Lady Health Visitor (LHV) / Community Midwife | 471 | Verified 2 Years LHV or 2 Years Community Midwife Diploma from a reputed/registered institute. |
| Lab Technician | 157 | Matric and Diploma from Provincial Medical Faculty or equivalent. Candidates with relevant field experience will be given priority. |
| Vaccinator | 157 | Matric in Science with 3 Months Vaccination Experience. |
| Dai | 314 | Minimum Primary education; literacy preferred. 1-year training of Dai from any DHQ, THQ, or certificate from the provincial Director MNCH. |
| Watchman Cum Cleaner | 314 | Physically fit and a resident of the same Union Council. |

The positions will be filled purely on a temporary basis under the control and management of PPHI-B for one year initially, extendable on an annual performance report.

Applicants must be between 18 and 50 years of age.

Applicants holding a local domicile shall be given preference.

Only short-listed candidates will be called for the written test & interview on a date and time to be communicated.

On detailed scrutiny of documents, if found ineligible, his/her candidature will be rejected.

No TA/DA is admissible for appearing in the test/interview.

The Company reserves the right to amend/cancel the hiring process or the number of posts at any stage.

Applicants who are local residents residing near the respective Basic Health Units (BHUs) are encouraged to apply. Preference will be given to eligible candidates belonging to the local area of the respective BHU, subject to fulfillment of the prescribed eligibility criteria.
