PPHI Balochistan Midwifery Training Program 2026: Fully Funded CMW Induction

The People’s Primary Healthcare Initiative (PPHI), Balochistan (registered under Section 42 of the Companies Ordinance, 1984 / Companies Act, 2017) has announced its PPHI Balochistan Midwifery Induction, Training & Employment Program-2026.

Applications are invited from eligible female matric-pass candidates permanently residing near the catchment populations of designated Basic Health Units (BHUs) across 38 districts in Balochistan. Selected individuals will receive a fully-funded 2-year Community Midwifery (CMW) training program at Khui Goth, Karachi, followed by a guaranteed job deployment.

💰 Program Benefits & Financial Support

PPHI Balochistan will fully sponsor the selected candidates throughout their 2-year training period. Financial coverage includes:

100% Free Education: Full coverage of course/training fees, Nursing Board registration, and examination fees.
Academic & Living Facilities: Free academic support services, stationery materials, uniform, food, and comfortable accommodation.
Travel Allowance: Transportation allowance provided for travel between Karachi and the candidate’s home up to three times per year.
Monthly Stipend: An additional monthly stipend of Rs. 10,000/- paid directly to each candidate.

📋 Eligibility Criteria & Terms

Gender: Only female applicants are eligible.
Education: Must have passed Matriculation (preferably Science) from a recognized board with at least 40% marks.
Age Limit: Between 18 and 40 years of age.
Residency: Applicants must be permanent residents of the respective district/area near the listed BHUs.
Service Commitment: * Candidates must successfully complete the 24-month training program at Khui Goth, Karachi.
- Upon completion, candidates must mandatorily serve at their parent BHU or designated PPHI Balochistan health facilities for at least 3 years.
- Candidates will be required to sign a Surety Bond. If a candidate leaves the course incomplete or resigns before completing the mandatory 3-year service, all expenditures incurred on her training will be recovered.
