PPHI Sindh Jobs 2026: Job Opportunities – 14 Positions Across Sindh

The PPHI Sindh, a company set up under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017 (formerly Companies Ordinance, 1984), requires the services of dynamic and highly motivated individuals having domicile of Sindh, on a contract basis, for the following positions located in various districts of Sindh.

Open Positions

1. District Manager – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: A BS-17/18 Officer of CSS/PCS (PSS/Ex-PCS/PMS) cadres, preferably with 2 years of service in Government. Applicants must apply through the proper channel. OR a doctor retired from the Army Medical Corps (AMC) of rank Major and above, with 10 years of service in AMC.

2. Deputy Director MNCH – Head Office (Female only)

Education & Experience: MBBS with MPH/MSPH/Master’s in HPM or Master’s in an MNCH-related subject, with 5 years of experience in an MNCH-related project/program at district/provincial level; OR MBBS with MCPS in Gynaecology and Obstetrics with 3 years post-qualification experience in an MNCH-related project/program; OR MBBS with FCPS/MRCOG or equivalent degree in Gynaecology and Obstetrics, with 1 year post-qualification experience in an MNCH-related project/program. Age limit: less than 50 years.

3. Regional Manager (MNCH) – Mirpurkhas (Female only)

Education & Experience: MBBS along with a Master’s degree in Public Health (MSPH/MPH/FCPS or equivalent) from a recognized institute, with at least 2 years of experience in Maternal Health, OR MCPS in OB-GYN with 2 years of experience in a Maternal Health Project. Government officers fulfilling the criteria are eligible to apply through the proper channel and, upon selection, will be entitled to an allowance in addition to their existing salary, as per company policy.

4. District Nutrition Coordinator – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: MBBS/Bachelor’s in Nursing/Public Health or Nutrition with 4 years of experience in health and nutrition project management at district lead positions, OR Master’s in Social Science with a Master’s in Public Health and 3 years of experience in health and nutrition project management at district lead positions.

5. Executive Finance & Accounts – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: ACCA Finalist/CA Finalist/ICMA with at least 3 years of relevant experience, OR M.Com/MBA (Finance)/BBA or BS (Accounting & Finance) (16 years) from an HEC-recognized university with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

6. Executive Energy Systems – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable, or Alternate Energy (PEC registered) with 2 years of relevant experience; OR Bachelor’s degree in the above discipline (PEC registered) with 3 years of relevant experience; OR B.Tech/DAE in the above discipline with 5 years of relevant experience. Experience preferably in large-scale solar projects, with extensive knowledge of solar technologies, electrical infrastructure, drawings, MS Office, and AutoCAD.

7. Assistant Admin – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: Master’s in Business Administration (MBA/MPA), with preference given to candidates with experience in a relevant field; OR Graduate with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field within a reputable organization.

8. Assistant Finance & Accounts – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: MBA (Finance)/M.Com, with preference given to candidates with experience in a relevant field; OR BBA/B.Com (Finance) or BS (Accounting & Finance) with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a relevant field within a reputable organization.

9. Medical Officer – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: MBBS with a valid PMDC/PMC Certificate. Experienced candidates will be preferred.

10. Female Medical Officer – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: MBBS with a valid PMDC/PMC Certificate. Experienced candidates will be preferred.

11. Electrician – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: At least a 1-year Diploma in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 1 year of experience as an Electrician. Experience in electrical wiring, maintenance, and safety practices required.

12. Dispenser – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: Diploma in the relevant field, registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council/Sindh Medical Faculty. Preference given to experienced candidates.

13. Midwife – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: Diploma in LHV/MW course from a recognized institute, registered with the Pakistan Nursing Council/Sindh Medical Faculty. Candidates with 1 year of experience will be preferred.

14. Nurse – All over Sindh

Education & Experience: BSc Nursing with Pakistan Nursing Council registration, with a minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) or Pediatric ward of a reputable public or private hospital, OR a Diploma in General Nursing with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience in a NICU or Pediatric ward. Postgraduate specialization in NICU will be preferred.

6. No TA/DA will be given for the test/interview.
