💼 Open Senior Executive Positions & Criteria

1. Deputy Managing Director (Corporate Services)

Role Summary: Focuses on executive leadership, organizational transformation, and stakeholder management across key corporate functions such as Supply Chain, Customer Services, IT, Legal, and Land & Estate Management.
Educational Qualification: Business or Engineering Graduate from a reputable university/institution recognized/accredited by HEC. Candidates with a Master’s degree will have an added advantage.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification work experience.
- At least 07 years must be in a senior management position within a leading/renowned multinational or corporate sector, including 5 years of explicit experience in the Oil and Gas Sector.
- Proven track record of leading teams, achieving corporate goals, and excellent conflict resolution and communication capabilities.

2. Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Role Summary: Responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, ensuring robust financial governance, managing enterprise risk, and overseeing treasury operations, taxation, capital budgets, and financial reporting.
Educational Qualification: A member of an organized body of professional accountants.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 15 years of relevant post-qualification experience.

3. Senior General Manager (HSE & QA/QC)

Role Summary: Manages health, safety, environment, and quality assurance frameworks, including pipeline safety, risk assessment, and technical audit management.
Educational Qualification: Minimum 16 years of a Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline. NEBOSH international certification is mandatory for this role.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Minimum 17 years of post-qualification experience.

- Must be a Lead Auditor for ISO systems such as ISO-9001, ISO-45001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001 Management System (or similar standards).
