The Punjab Daanish Schools and Centres of Excellence Authority, Government of the Punjab, offers opportunities to highly dynamic and committed professionals in the Academic Staff category to serve at Daanish Schools Rahim Yar Khan, Chishtian, and Hasilpur (Boys). All appointments will be made on a contract basis, with salary as per the approved DS Scale.

Essential Pre-Requisites

Qualification: Master’s degree or equivalent
Upper Age Limit: Up to 45 years

Preferred Experience & Credentials

Teaching experience in a well-reputed, registered educational institution; well-groomed personality with a progressive disposition
Good English communication skills and socio-affective skills

Required Qualification / Experience

1. English Teacher:

16 years’ education (Master’s degree/BS/BA Hons) in English Language/Literature/TEFL/TEIL/TESOL, minimum 2nd division, or 2.50 CGPA (out of 4) / 3.50 CGPA (out of 5) from an HEC-recognized institution
PhD, MPhil, MEd/BEd qualification will be given additional qualification marks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on flawless pronunciation and mastery of literary genres considered an added value

2. Urdu Teacher:

16 years’ education (Master’s degree/BS/BA Hons) in Urdu, minimum 2nd division, or 2.50 CGPA (out of 4) / 3.50 CGPA (out of 5) from an HEC-recognized institution
MEd/BEd qualification will be given due advantage
Sound knowledge of Urdu grammar and composition; excellent writing and verbal communication skills considered an added value

3. Mathematics Teacher:

16 years’ education (Master’s degree/BS/BA Hons) in Mathematics, minimum 2nd division, or 2.50 CGPA (out of 4) / 3.50 CGPA (out of 5)
PhD, MPhil, MEd/BEd qualification will be given additional qualification marks

4. Al-Quran Teacher (for Quran Teaching):

Must possess “Shahadat-ul-Alamiya-Fil-Uloomal-Arabia-wal-Islamia” complete degree from an HEC-recognized institution/Idara/Jamia, along with HEC equivalence certificate
Must have hands-on and verifiable experience in teaching Arabic Lughat/Grammar, Tajweed-ul-Quran, and Tarjuma-tul-Quran
Preferably Hafiz-e-Quran / MEd/BEd as additional qualification
Degrees/Diplomas/Certificates should be attested from Wafaq-ul-Madaris/Tanzim-ul-Madaris
Experience/Character Certificate(s) from previous employer(s), if any

Process / Conditions

Candidates must apply separately for each post, clearly marked on the envelope
Applications must include a detailed resume (CV), 2 photographs, and certified copies of educational/experience certificates, along with a duly attested CNIC, and must reach by registered post by 20th July 2026
Candidates will be shortlisted for the written test based on academic qualification, additional qualification, and teaching experience marks
Top candidates as determined by merit will be invited for the written test; based on written test results, top candidates as per cumulative merit will be invited for demonstration and interview
No TA/DA will be admissible to candidates
Applications will be submitted at the risk and cost of the applicants; any information found bogus at any stage (during induction or later in service) will result in termination of candidature/employment
Selected candidate(s) can be transferred/posted to any other Centre of Excellence School located in Punjab province
All selected applicants will be required to submit medical certificate(s) and a police clearance certificate
The School Principal/PDS&CEA Head Office reserves the right to reject any or all applications
