General Terms & Conditions:
- The appointment will be made on a contract basis, initially for a period of three (03) years, which may be extended as per rules/requirement.
- Applicants are required to deposit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 3,000/- in PECTAA Account No. PK32BPUN6580008006600013 Account Title “PUNJAB EDUCATION CURRICULUM TRAINING AND ASSESSMENT AUTHORITY PECTAA” at any branch of the Bank of Punjab (BOP). A clear scanned copy of the paid deposit slip must be uploaded with the online application. Applications submitted without valid proof of fee deposit will be rejected.
- Applicants possessing the required qualifications and experience may apply online at https://pectaa-jobs.pesrp.edu.pk not later than 12th August 2026 (Wednesday), before the closing of office hours, i.e. 5:00 pm.
- Only complete applications submitted through the online portal, along with all supporting documents, received before the deadline will be considered for further processing.
- Applications submitted by post or by hand will not be accepted.
- The Authority reserves the right to conduct a screening/written test for the shortlisting of candidates. The detail will be shared separately.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
- Applicants currently employed in government service/ Semi Government service/ Autonomous Bodies must apply through proper channel and attach a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their department.
- Age relaxation as per government policy has already been included in the age limits mentioned against each post.
- No TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the interview.
- Candidates possessing foreign degrees/qualifications must attach an Equivalence Certificate issued by the Higher Education Commission (HEC), Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), or the relevant regulatory forum, failing which their application shall be rejected.
- Individuals having relevant experience with government, semi-government and autonomous bodies are encouraged to apply.
- PECTAA reserves the right to cancel or withhold the recruitment process for any advertised post at any stage without assigning any reason.
