💼 Vacant Positions, Salaries & Eligibility Criteria

1. Director (Finance) — 01 Post (Open Merit)

Starting Salary: Rs. 392,500/- per month
Maximum Age: 50 Years Maximum
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Option A: Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / ACMA with at least 08 years of post-qualification experience at a managerial level in a medium-sized organization.
- Option B: Relevant Masters / M.Com / MBA Finance / MS Finance / MS (Accounting & Finance) / BBA (Hons) Finance with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience at a managerial level in a medium-sized organization.
- Areas of Expertise Required: Financial management, corporate planning, fund management, and analysis of financial statements/reporting. Strong communication, analytical skills, and expertise in computerized accounting software are mandatory.

2. Additional Director (Finance) — 01 Post (Open Merit)

Starting Salary: Rs. 287,500/- per month
Maximum Age: 48 Years Maximum
Educational Qualification & Experience:
- Option A: Chartered Accountant (CA) / ACCA / ACMA with at least 08 years of post-qualification experience at a leadership/management level in a large or medium-sized organization.
- Option B: Relevant Masters / M.Com / MBA Finance / MS Finance / MS (Accounting & Finance) / BBA (Hons) Finance with at least 10 years of post-qualification experience at a leadership/management level in a large or medium-sized organization.
- Key Requirements: Proficiency in MS Office and specialized financial analysis. Unpaid internships, freelancing, or part-time roles will not be counted toward experience.

📝 Important Application Guidelines

Experience Parameters: Experience in medium to large-sized organizations will solely be considered.
Government Employees: Applicants currently in government service must apply through the proper channel and provide a clear statement regarding the length of service on their NOC.
