The PMU-PULSE Project intends to apply part of the loan proceeds toward hiring the services of an Individual Consultant, and invites experienced/qualified candidates to indicate interest.

Selection Process
Selection will be made in accordance with Section VII, paragraph 7.36 on Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants under the World Bank Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers (November 2020). Attention is drawn to Section III, paragraphs 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 regarding the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
