Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required

Interested candidates looking to apply for the AC Technician vacancy at Rupali Group must fulfill the following technical and educational requirements:

• Qualification: Candidates must hold a Matriculation degree or a specific HVAC Diploma.

• Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on professional experience working as an AC Technician.

• Technical Skills: * Must be highly proficient in the repair and maintenance of Split AC units (both Hot & Cold).

  • Direct, specialized experience with Gree and Haier brand air conditioners is mandatory.

  • Strong familiarity and maintenance experience with Cassette type ACs is highly preferred.
