SPL is a Public Listed Company since 1967 and is a sole manufacturer of security featured paper in Pakistan for banknotes, identity documents, financial instruments, educational certificates and other security papers. General Manager (Operations & Projects)
General Manager will lead and drive the operational and project management functions of our organization. This pivotal role offers an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a proven track record of delivering results in a manufacturing (process industry).
Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong understanding and expertise in the process industry.

Provide leadership to ensure the successful execution of operational and project objectives.

Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Monitor and evaluate operational metrics, identifying areas for improvement.

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

Identify and mitigate risks to ensure project success.

Prepare and manage operational and project budgets.

Identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to address them.

| Qualification: | Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably in Chemical Engineering) from HEC recognized reputable institute / university |
| Age/Experience: |
Max 40 Years 11-15 years relevant experience in the process/manufacturing concern with at least 5 years at a senior management position. |
| Required Skills: | Very good understanding of manufacturing industry, excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. High level of management and operations acumen, current knowledge of engineering and production. Professional capacity to train and lead the operations team, demonstrate leadership qualities, excellent communication, interpersonal and presentations skills. |
