Job Details & Eligibility Criteria

1. Lecturers (BPS-18) – Regular Basis

Department: Mechanical Engineering Technology
Total Positions: 01
Age Limit: 21 to 55 Years
Required Qualification: Master’s Degree (First Class) in the relevant field from an HEC-recognized university/institution with no 3rd division in the entire academic career.

2. Lab Technologist (BPS-17) – Contract Basis

Basis: Max 3 years under Section 11-5-e of KP Universities Act 2012.
Department: Electrical Engineering Technology
Total Positions: 02
Age Limit: 18 to 45 Years
Required Qualification: B.Sc Engineering / Technology in the relevant field with a 1st division or 3.0 CGPA from a university/DAI recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan.

3. PS to Vice Chancellor (BPS-17) – Contract Basis

Basis: Max 3 years under Section 11-5-e of KP Universities Act 2012.
Total Positions: 01
Age Limit: 18 to 45 Years
Required Qualification: First division Master’s degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, Economics, or Agriculture Economics with 05 years of experience in a secretarial job within a university, government department, or autonomous organization.

Terms & Conditions for ETEA Testing

Profile Registration: All candidates must create a profile on the ETEA website (www.etea.edu.pk) to apply online.
CNIC Verification: Candidates must get their CNIC verified at any NADRA e-Sahulat franchise kiosk before completing the process.
No Hardcopies: After submitting the online application, do not send any physical documents or testimonials to the ETEA office.
Test Information: Roll number slips will be downloaded directly via ETEA’s website. No separate call letters will be dispatched via courier.

Post-ETEA Test Selection Procedure

Passing Marks: Candidates who score 50% or more marks in the ETEA screening test will be eligible to submit hardcopy application forms available on the university website (www.uotnowshera.edu.pk/careers).
Processing Fee: Qualified candidates must deposit a non-refundable application fee of Rs. 1,000/- into the University Bank Account:
