1. Data Processing Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

Experience & Skills: * Minimum 3 years of experience.

Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data analysis.

Experience with the MERN stack is a plus.

Experience with ETL tools and data integration.
-
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio.
-
Knowledge of statistical analysis and predictive modeling techniques.
-
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Familiarity with healthcare data is a plus.

2. Networking Officer

Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or a related field.

Experience & Skills: * 2-3 years of experience is preferred in networking and software development.

Proficiency in networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, etc.).

Experience with the MERN stack is preferred.

Basic coding skills in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or PHP.

Familiarity with network security practices.

Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Project Details: Project Name is Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 days Integrated Health and Population Program, Assignment is Selection of Individual Consultants, Credit No. IDA72370, Project ID No. P17853.

Contract Period: Initial contract period shall be tentatively a period of 11 months and it shall be extendable based on performance and project requirements.

Selection Process: Consultants will be selected in accordance with the Open Competitive Selection of Individual Consultants method set out in the Procurement Regulations of the World Bank for IPF 2020 Revised September 2025.

Conflict of Interest: Attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14 and 3.16 & 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” 2020 ‘revised Sept 2025’ setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
