The Health Department, Government of Sindh has announced exciting career opportunities under the Sindh Human Capital Investment: 1000 Days Integrated Health & Population Program. Applications are invited from qualified candidates having a domicile in Sindh Province for various contract positions based in the Program Management Unit (PMU).

Environment Specialist (01) Upper Age Limit: 50 Years |
Postgraduate degree in Environmental Engineering / Environmental Science, Natural Resources, or a related field from an HEC-recognized institution. |
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Environmental Management. • Familiarity with National and International laws/policies. • Knowledge of World Bank/Asian Development Bank or donor-funded Environment & Social Standards. • Strong communication, reporting, and computer skills. |

Procurement Assistant (01) Maximum Age: 45 Years |
16 years of education from a recognized university in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Economics, Commerce, or a related field. |
• 3 years of post-qualification experience in procurement, supply chain, or related administrative roles (preferably in donor-funded/public health projects). • Basic knowledge of procurement processes and best practices (e.g., World Bank, IsDB). • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). |

Project Engineer (04) Maximum Age: 45 Years |
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an HEC-recognized university. |
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision and infrastructure projects. • Experience in the construction of health facilities or public health infrastructure is preferred. • Knowledge of BOQs, construction drawings, and site supervision. • Strong communication, reporting, and computer skills. |

Microfinance and Livelihood Officer (01) Maximum Age: 45 Years |
Master’s Degree / MBA in International Development, Public Policy, Economics, Finance, Development Studies, or a related field. |
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in microfinance, rural development policies analysis, and project management. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and communication skills. |

Monitoring & Evaluation Officer (01) Maximum Age: 45 Years |
Postgraduate degree in Social Science, Public Health, Project Management, Statistics, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in program planning, monitoring & evaluation. • Ability to develop M&E frameworks and track project indicators. • Experience in community-based research within the social development sector. • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills. |

Bachelor/Master in Data Science, Statistics, IT, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data analysis and data collection. • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Excellent verbal and communication skills. |

Data Entry Operator (02) Maximum Age: 45 Years |
Diploma/Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university. |
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in data punching and digital record keeping. • Ability to provide IT support and maintain systems. • Proficiency in MS Office and excellent communication skills. |

Contract Basis: Employees will be hired on a contract basis / by transfer, extendable subject to satisfactory performance.

Government Servants: Candidates already working in Government service may apply through the proper channel.

No TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview.
