About the Role
Haji Sons Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Officer to join its finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Accounts Payable, strong knowledge of accounting principles, and proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop. Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete Accounts Payable cycle
- Process, verify, and record vendor invoices accurately and on time
- Prepare and execute vendor payments while maintaining payment schedules
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Record and monitor company expenses across departments
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding purchase orders, invoices, and payments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable or Finance
- Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop (mandatory)
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling high-volume vendor transactions
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Experience with inventory-based businesses or project accounting is an added advantage

About the Role
STEP Schools – Thokar Niaz Baig Campus, in collaboration with Punjab Colleges, is seeking an experienced and passionate Subject Lead to join its academic team.
