Bank of Punjab (BOP) invites applications from experienced professionals for a key leadership position within its Enterprise Risk Management Division (Risk Management Group) based in Lahore.

Vacant Positions & Eligibility Criteria

1. Segment Head – Integrated Risk Management (Risk Management Group)

• Grade: Band 5 / Band 3

• Location: Lahore

• Age Limit: Up to 55 Years (as of July 17, 2026)

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor’s Degree from an HEC recognized university or equivalent foreign university.

• Experience: * Minimum 09 years of Banking experience.

  • Preference will be given to candidates having 04 years of relevant experience.

• Job Summary & Major Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the implementation of the Basel Framework at the Bank level.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of quarterly CAR & LR to the regulator and suggest augmenting them at the desired level.

  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of LCR, NSFR, Monitoring Tools, and Stress Testing.

  • Responsible for the development of critical documents including ICAAP, Recovery Plan, Contingency Funding Plan, and Recovery & Resolution Plans.

  • Ensure review of IFRS 9 models (including PD, LGD, EAD, CCF models).

  • Responsible for review/renewal of the Bank’s Risk Appetite Framework, Risk Adjusted Pricing Models, and ERM SOP Policies.

  • Work on the automation and integration of all risk management functions.

  • Responsible for conducting UATs of the Basel Engine, IFRS Engine, and other treasury-related systems/applications.
