The Tehsil Head Quarter (THQ) Hospital Khairpur Tamewali, District Bahawalpur, has announced a career opportunity for the position of Manager Day Center. The appointment will be made purely on a contract basis for an initial period of 3 months, which is extendable based on satisfactory performance until the completion of the Day Care Center project.

Job Description & Responsibilities

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following core tasks:

• Managing budgets, billing, and financial records.

• Overseeing the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment.

• Preparing comprehensive reports for regulatory bodies.

• Organizing parent meetings, workshops, and community events.

• Handling any other routine tasks assigned by the hospital management.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements

• Domicile: Candidates possessing a District Bahawalpur Domicile are eligible to apply.

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or an equivalent degree, or professional qualifications such as CA (Inter), ACCA, or ACIMA. Preference will be given to professional qualification holders.

• Age Limit: The maximum age limit, including all applicable age relaxations, is 40 years.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of verifiable experience. Candidates with Government or Semi-Government sector experience will be given preference.

Important Notes

• Contract Basis: The selection will be purely on a contract basis, with no right to claim a permanent position in the future.

• Salary Package: The pay package will be highly competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s specific qualifications and experience.

• TA/DA: No travel or daily allowance will be provided for the test or interview.

• Selection: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted for the test/interview. All final decisions rest with the Hospital Management.
