The University of Health Sciences (UHS) Lahore invites applications for the hiring of qualified and eligible Doctors and Paramedics on Locum Basis, on behalf of the Specialized Healthcare and Medical Education Department, Government of the Punjab, under Section 5(1) of the Punjab Locum Hiring Act, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria
For Medical Officer / Women Medical Officer:
- MBBS or equivalent qualification recognized by PM&DC
- One year house job
- Valid permanent registration by PM&DC
- Preference will be given to candidates having one year of experience in the relevant specialty after house job
For Perfusionist:
- BS (Hons) Cardiac Perfusion or equivalent (2nd Division) from an HEC-recognized university or institute
For Physiotherapist:
- DPT degree OR
- BSc (2nd Division) in Physiotherapy from an HEC-recognized university or institute, with a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience

- The applicant is required to deposit an Application Processing Fee of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) with the online application.
Please Note
- Registration will not grant right of employment.
- Only doctors and staff working in non-government institutions are eligible.
- A valid (full) Permanent Registration Certificate from the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council, showing the relevant qualification(s), issued on or before the closing date, is required.
- Only shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview.
