Minimum Qualification: HEC Faculty appointment criteria shall be followed.

Minimum Qualification: BS/Masters equivalent degree awarded after 16 years of education in relevant field from an HEC recognized University/Institution with no 3rd division in academic career. Condition of no 3rd division shall not be applicable if the candidate holds a higher degree viz PhD or equivalent degree with not more than one 3rd division in entire academic career.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. The candidates are required to submit the applications not later than 10-08-2026 on prescribed Job Application Form (Available on website https://www.uhe.edu.pk/wp-content/uploads/2025/03/Job-Application-Form-for-Visiting-Faculty.pdf).
2. The Candidates are required to submit their applications along with Original Challan Form (HR & Accounts Copy), Attested Copies of (Educational Documents, Experience Certificates, Domicile, CNIC, equivalence) and Two passport size photographs via Registered Mail / Courier Service to the Office of the Registrar (HR Branch), University of Home Economics Lahore.
3. Application processing fee is neither refundable nor transferable. Applications without processing fee shall not be entertained. Application processing fee is to be deposited via challan form, annexed with the application form. Application processing fee / for University Positions is Rs. 1,000/- and for College positions Rs. 500/-
4. Kindly mention the name of the applicant and post name (Visiting Faculty for University Positions or Visiting Teacher for College Positions) along with Subject/Discipline on Challan form. Copy of Challan form shall not be entertained.
5. All applications must be addressed to The Registrar, University of Home Economics Lahore. By hand submission is not allowed. Candidates MUST clearly mention the post name (Visiting Faculty for University Positions or Visiting Teacher for College Positions) along with Subject/Discipline on the top right corner of the envelope.
6. Candidates applying for more than one Subject/Discipline/Post must submit separate application forms, as well as separate Challan forms.
7. Candidates already in service of a Government / Semi-Government Department or an Autonomous body must submit Original NOC along with application forms by the due date; otherwise, their applications shall not be considered.
8. Only short-listed candidates will be called for interview. No TA/DA will be admissible for test/interview.
9. University reserves the right to increase/decrease/withhold/cancel any position or appointment at any stage, without assigning any reason.
10. Incomplete applications and the documents received after the due date shall not be considered in any case. The responsibility of providing all the required documents is upon the applicant; please check the completeness of the form carefully before submitting.
