A leading group in Pakistan is launching a new electric bike/scooty assembly plant in Lahore with a sales target of 30,000 units per annum for the initial two years. We are seeking applications from competent and professional individuals for leadership roles at our Lahore facility. 1. PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering. Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Production Engineer in the assembly of electric scooters, electric motorcycles, or conventional two-wheelers. They should be capable of troubleshooting production issues, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily electric two-wheeler assembly line operations
• Achieve production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency
• Optimize line balancing and assembly processes for maximum productivity
• Develop and implement SOPs and standardized work instructions
• Ensure compliance with 5S, Lean Manufacturing, and safety standards

2. IN-CHARGE CORPORATE SALES

Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline with 5–8 years of relevant experience in Corporate/B2B Sales, including at least 3 years in the automotive, motorcycles, electric vehicles (EV), fleet sales, or FMCG institutional sales sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive corporate, government, institutional, and fleet EV sales
• Develop new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, manage tenders, proposals, and client negotiations
• Achieve sales targets and grow the corporate client base
• Build strong customer relationships and monitor market trends

3. IN-CHARGE SALES OPERATION

Who We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree (BBA/Engineering) with at least 5 years of relevant experience in the electric two-wheeler industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily sales operations and customer order processing
• Coordinate with teams, manage inventory, and maintain sales records
• Assist the Head of Sales and build strong customer relationships
